NOTICE

By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Panposh, Rourkela on the

1st March 2024, I, Firender Badaik, S/o Ganesh Chick, residing at Qrs. No. D/75, Sector-14,

Rourkela-9, P.S. Sector-15, Dist. Sundargarh, Odisha, have changed my minor son's name from

"Ronit Chick" to "Ronit Badaik''. Henceforth, he shall be known, called and identified as Ronit

Badaik for all purposes.
