P.S. Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Dist. Khordha, PIN Code-751006, Odisha, have changed my

name from "Nandiki Damayanti Reddy " to "K. Draupadi''. Henceforth, I shall be known as

K. Draupadi for all purposes.
