October 2023, I, Pal Ranjan Murty, Address S/o NK Rajeswar Murty, At Bijayachandrapur,

P.O. Atharabanki, P.S. Paradip, PIN-754120, Dist. Jagatsinghpur, Odisha, have changed my name

from "Pal Ranjan KR " to "Pal Ranjan Murty''. Henceforth, I shall be known as Pal Ranjan Murty for

all purposes.
