NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No. 310/2024ʊIn exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section

(3) of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby designate

Sri Jatindra Nath Sethy, OAS-A(JB), Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Kendrapara to

act as Land Acquisition Officer(Civil), Kendrapara and to perform the functions of LA

Collector under the said Act in addition to his own duties with immediate effect until

further orders.

The previous order designating Smt. Anjali Tarai, OAS-A(SB), Deputy

Collector, Collectorate, Kendrapara as LA Collector by Revenue & D.M. Department

Notification No. 627/R&DM, dated 05.01.2024 is hereby withdrawn.
