By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Sinapali on the 28th December

2023, I, Ananta Harijan, Address At Kotamal, P.O. Godal, P.S. Sinapali, Dist. Nuapada, PIN-766108,

have changed my surname from "Ananta Harijan'' to "Ananta Nial''. Henceforth, I shall be known

as Ananta Nial for all purposes.
