NOTIFICATION

SUBJECT—Repealing of Odisha Technical Education & Training Service (OTE&TS) Rules, 1985.

No. 4209—SDTE-PDE-I-Poly-0021/2023-SDTE.—Consequent upon introduction of ‘Odisha

Government Polytechnics Teachers’ Service (Methods of Recruitment and Conditions of Service)

Rules, 2024’ in short OGPTS Rules, 2024 vide this Department Notification No. 1955, dated the

27th February 2024 and Gazette No. 498, dated the 6th March 2024. The Odisha Technical Education

& Training Service Rule, 1985 is hereby repealed from the date of issue of Gazette Notification of

Odisha Government Polytechnic Teachers’ Service Rule, 2024.

ORDER—Ordered that this Resolution shall be published in the extraordinary issue of Odisha

Gazette and copies thereof be forwarded to all Department of Government/Accountant General,

Odisha, Bhubaneswar/Odisha Public Service Commission/Secretary to Governor and Registrar,

Orissa High Court, Cuttack.
