By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Koraput on the 13th February

2024, I, N. Arun Kumar, F/o N. Sachitananda, Main Road, near Bata Shop, Koraput changed my

son's name from "N. Sachtananda'' to "N. Sachitananda''. Henceforth, he will be known as

N. Sachitananda.
