By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Cuttack, Affidavit No. 1572,

dated the 16th April 2024. I, PM Satyaswarup, At/P.O./P.S. Nischintakoili, Dist. Cuttack,

Odisha-754207. I have changed my name from "PM Satyaswarup '' to "Satyaswarup Rout''.

Henceforth, I shall be known as Satyaswarup Rout for all purposes.
