2024, I, Sabitri Sutar, W/o Late Satyabadi Sutar, Resident of At/P.O. Samantarapur, Via Kolar,

P.S. Tirtol, Dist. Jagatsinghpur, Odisha-754162, have changed my name from "Jhumpani Sutar

'' to "Sabitri Sutar.'' Henceforth, I shall be known as Sabitri Sutar for all purposes.
