2024, I, Rajesh Hariyan, S/o Ramesh Hariyan At Sishakhal, P.O. Joradobra, P.S. M. Rampur,

Dist. Kalahandi, PIN-766102 have changed my surname from "Rajesh Harijan'' to "Rajesh Hariyan''.

Henceforth, I shall be known as Rajesh Hariyan for all purposes.
