NOTICE

By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate, Cuttack on the 5th January

2024, I, Saubhagya Sahoo, aged about 30 years, son of Duari Sahoo, At Rameswarpur,

P.O. Kankadapal, P.S./Dist. Dhenkanal, PIN-759013, have changed the name of my minor daughter

from "Saanvi Sahoo'' to "Manyata Sahoo''. Henceforth, my minor daughter shall be known as

Manyata Sahoo for all purposes.
