No. 4330—MSME-FE-FE-0004/2024-M.S. & M.E—Pending recommendation of OPSC, Shri

Sailendra Narayan Nayak, at present, Joint Director of Industries, Directorate of Industries, Odisha,

Cuttack and deputed to Industries Department in the rank of Joint Director of Industries in OIS

(Selection Grade) is hereby promoted, on ad hoc basis, to the rank of Additional Director of Industries

in OIS (Superior Administrative Grade) in Level-15 of the "Pay Matrix'' as specified in the First

Schedule of the ORSP Rules, 2017, for a period not exceeding one year or till receipt of

recommendation of OPSC or till his retirement, whichever is earlier.

On promotion to the grade of OIS (SAG), Shri Nayak is hereby posted insitu in his present

place of posting until further orders.
