S.R.O. No. 382/2024—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33 of the Odisha
Forest Act. 1972 (Odisha Act 14 of 1972), the State Government do hereby declare that the following
land situated in Village Bhuasuni under Bhubaneswar Tahasil of Khordha District mutated and
transferred in favour of Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department for raising
Compensatory Afforestation thereon against the approved diversion of 10.501 ha of forest land as
per DGPS survey out of applied forest area 10.617 ha of forest land under Chandaka (WL) Division
for construction of 200 feet wide Master Plan Road over a length of 1.930 Km from Utkal Health
Care Hospital to Rail Vihar within Left Side Road Network (LSRN) (Modified CDP-02/2017) in
Bhubaneswar city coming under Bhubaneswar Tahasil of Khordha District, Odisha by Executive
Engineer, Bhubaneswar (R&B) Division No.III vide 'Stage-II/ final' approval of Government of India,
MoEF&CC, Eastern Regional Office, Bhubaneswar communicated in Letter No.5-ORC350/2018-
BHU, dated the 15th September 2020 under Section 2 of the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, the
limits of which are specified below and the area of which is 10.724 ha (26.501 Ac) shall be Protected
Forest with effect from the date of issue of the Notification and shall be known as "Bhuasuni Protected
Forest'' :—
