at Page No. 01 and the name of the Tahasil & District at Page No. 02 was wrongly

mentioned as www.Rayagada.nic.in and Tahasil- Kolnara & Dist- Rayagada. Instead,

www.koraput.odisha.gov.in and Tahasil- Laxmipur & Dist- Koraput respectively shall

be inserted.

Further, all the other contents of the above Order remain unaltered.
