No. 4017-Synd.ʊThe Thirty Fourth Convocation of Sambalpur University will be held on

Friday, the 04^th day of October,2024 at 10.00 A.M. in the BijuPattanaik Auditorium of the

University at Jyoti Vihar, Burla. The D.Litt./D.Sc./ Ph.D. degrees for the year 2024 examinations

will be conferred and Gold Medals/ Prizes of 2024 examinations will be distributed on this

occasion. Degrees/Diplomas for the examinations 2024 will also be conferred and distributed to

the successful regular candidates including those of Autonomous Colleges through Principals of

their respective Colleges and Heads of the University P.G. Departments and to the Non-

Collegiate candidates through the Registrar of the University as per prescribed procedure. The

Hon’ble Chancellor will preside over the Convocation.

The candidates (Ph.D./D.Litt/ D.Sc. and Gold Medalist) shall register and pay the

requisite fee through online mode by visiting the University website www.suniv.ac.in. After

successful payment, the candidate will get a payment receipt which is to be submitted to

University by 03.10.2024 (11A.M.)and are required to collect the Uttariya. Candidates have to

compulsorily attend the rehearsal on 03.10.2024 at 3P.M in the BijuPattanaik Auditorium of

the University. The Candidates are required to visit the University website time to time for more

information.

The detail fee structures are given as below:-

1) Fees for receiving D.Litt./D.Sc./ Ph.D. Degree

Rs.1000/-

2) Fees for Gold Medal

Rs. 250/-

3) Fee for Uttariya

Rs. 750/-
