No. 28188—HFW-MEI-AP-0003/2023-H.—On the recommendation of the Odisha Public

Service Commission pursuant to the Advertisement No. 13 of 2018-19, the following candidate is

hereby appointed temporarily as Assistant Professor in the discipline of Dentistry under OMES

Cadre of Health & Family Welfare Department in the Scale of Pay Rs.79.800 to Rs. 2,11,500,

Academic Level 12 of the First Schedule of this Department Notification No. 33012, dated the 16th

December 2019 with other allowances, as admissible from time to time, from the date of his actual

joining in the post.

1. The appointment is purely temporary and terminable at any time without prior notice and

without assigning any reason thereof. His service is transferable and comes under the purview of

the transfer policy.

2. The appointee shall be on probation for a period of one year.

3. He is posted to the MKCG, Medical College & Hospital, Berhampur against the vacant post

of Assistant Professor in the discipline of Dentistry :—

4. The appointee is hereby directed to furnish his details of past engagements (name of the

post, nature (Temporary/ Permanent), type (Deputation/ Deployment), and Name and Address of

the Institute) within 07 (seven) days from the issue of this Notification through e-mail i.e.

medicaleducation 1 odisha @gmail.com for taking necessary steps for their early relive from Medical

College & Hospitals of the State of Odisha/ acceptance of their resignations from OMHS Cadre.

5. The appointee is hereby directed to join at his place of posting within 30 (Thirty) days

positively from the date of issue of the notification on production of orders of acceptance of his

resignation/ relieve order from the competent authority, if he is already appointed permanently/

substantively in any cadre of the State or Central Government.

6. In case the appointee is a direct candidate, he is directed to join at his place of posting

within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of issue of this Notification positively, failing which the order of

appointment shall stand automatically cancelled.

7. The Dean & Principal, MKCG Medical College & Hospital, Berhampur is requested to

accept the joining report of the appointed doctor after due verification of relieving order/ acceptance

of the resignation, if any, by observing due procedure as per Rules and Regulations in case of the

appointee appointed permanently/ substantively in any other cadre of the State or Central

Government.
