Chapter-IV of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar Act, 2013, the

As per Section 17 (2) of the IIIT Act, 2013—The term of office of the Chairman and other

members other than the ex officio members of the Board shall be three years from the date of his

nomination and they shall be eligible for reappointment for the next consecutive term.

As per Section 17 (3) of the IIIT Act, 2013—The members of the Board other than the

ex officio members shall be entitled to such allowances from the institute as may be prescribed.
