S.R.O. No. 725/2024ʊIn exercise of powers conferred under clause (g) of Section 3

of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation &

Resettlement Act, 2013,the State Government do hereby declare Sri Chandradas

Mahanandia, OAS-A(JB), Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Kalahandi to act as Land

Acquisition Officer, L.A. Section, Collectorate Kalahandi and to perform the functions of LA

Collector w.e.f 11.11.2024 under the said Act in the District of Kalahandi in addition to his

own duties until further orders. Any previous order issued in this regard is hereby

withdrawn.
