S.R.O. No. 727/2024ʊIn exercise of powers conferred under clause (g) of Section 3 of

Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation &

Resettlement Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby declare Sri Debendra Kumar

Rout, OAS-A(JB), Deputy Collector, Koraput to act as Land Acquisition Officer, L.A. Section,

Collectorate Koraput and to perform the functions of LA Collector w.e.f 14.11.2024 under the

said Act in the District of Koraput in addition to his own duties until further orders.

Any previous order issued in this regard is hereby withdrawn.
