S.R.O. No. 5/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11A of the Legal Services
Authorities Act, 1987 and Rule 13 of Odisha State Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996, the Taluk
Legal Services Committees(s) (TLSCs) at Bangomunda in the district of Balangir, Jagannathprasad
& Polsara in the district of Ganjam, Ersama in the district of Jagatsinghpur, Thuamul-Rampur in
the district of Kalahandi, Begunia in the district of Khurda, Jashipur, Thakurmunda, Morada &
Rasgovindpur in the district of Mayurbhanj, Mathili and Kudumulugumma in the district of Malkangiri,
Jharigaon in the district of Nabarangpur, Kanas in the district of Puri, Padampur & Muniguda in the
district of Rayagada and Hemgir & Biramitrapur in the district of Sundargarh respectively are
hereby constituted with its office located in the place, as mentioned in Col. No. (3) of the following
table within the territorial limits of the district named in Col. No. (2 )of the table, to exercise the
powers and perform the functions conferred on or assigned to a Taluk Legal Services Committee
in the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 with the Chairman and ExOfficio Members of the TLSC(s)
as mentioned in Col. Nos. (4) & (5) respectively of the following table.
