NOTIFICATION

The 14th February 2025

S.R.O. No. 159/2025—The following Retired Judicial Officers in the cadre of District &

Sessions Judge are hereby appointed as Chairperson of Permanent Lok Adalats (PUS) at the

places as mentioned against their names in the following table to exercise jurisdiction over the

Revenue Districts, as specified in the Notification No.188, dated the 3rd February 2010 of this

Authority published in the Odisha Gazette (Extraordinary), for a period of one year from the date of

their joining in the post. They are hereby directed to join in their assignment on the 21st February

2025 F.N. positively. As per the requirement of Rule 4(1) of the Permanent Lok Adalat (Other Terms

and Conditions of Appointment of Chairman and Other Persons) Rules, 2003 (as amended), they

are also directed to furnish an undertaking before joining their respective post that they do not and

will not have any such financial and other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially their function as

Chairperson, PLA (PUS).
