No. 684/SECɆWhereas the Collector, Ganjam has submitted the proposal for
by-election to the office of Panchayat Samiti Member, Dhumuchhai Gram Panchayat
under Bellguntha Panchayat Samiti due to death of former Member;
Whereas the State Election Commission, Odisha has completed the revision of
Electoral Rolls of the said G.P taking into the Assembly Electoral Roll of 2025;
Now, therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of powers conferred
under Article 243-K of Constitution of India under Section 47 (1) of O.P.S Act, 1959
and Rule 46(1) of O.P.S.E Rules, 1991 orders that by-election shall be held in respect
of the office of Panchayat Samiti Member as per the following programme.
