No. 12805—PT3-HOME-CPM-CASE1-0147/2019-CP&M.—In pursuance to Rule 3 and 4

of the Odisha Fast Track Special Courts (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Services of

Retired Judicial Officers of the cadre of District Judges and Staff including in-service Judicial Officers

in the regular cadre of District Judge, Ministerial Staff and Group-D Employees) Scheme, 2020 and

in consideration of the recommendation of High Court of Orissa vide Letter No. 5647, dated the

20th March 2025, the State Government have been pleased to accord extension of tenure of

appointment of following 5 (five) Nos. of Ad hoc Additional District & Sessions Judges (FTSC) for a

period of one year with effect from the 1st April 2025 or till they attain the age of 70 years, whichever

is earlier, who have been appointed in the Fast Track Special Courts established vide Home

Department Notification No. 14612, dated the 27th March 2020 read with Home Department

Corrigendum No. 2116, dated the 18th January 2021 purely on temporary (contractual) basis :—
