In exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section (3)

of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby

designate Sri Manas Ranjan Tripathy, OAS(JB), Tahasildar,

Sukinda to act as Land Acquisition Zone Officer, Angul Duburi

Sukinda NGB Rail Link Project, Jajpur and to perform the

functions of LA Collector under the said Act in addition to his own

duties with immediate effect until further orders.
