In exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section (3)

of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby

designate Sri Sitangsu Sekhar Das, OAS-I (JB), Deputy Collector,

Collectorate, Balasore to act as Land Acquisition Officer,

Balasore and to perform the functions of LA Collector under the

said Act in addition to his own duties w.e.f 09.11.2024 (A.N) until

further orders.
