In exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section (3)

of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby

designate Sri Rakesh Kumar Panda, OAS-I (JB), Deputy

Collector, Collectorate, Balasore to act as Land Acquisition

Officer,

Balasore

and to

perform

the

functions

of

LA

Collector under the said Act in addition to his own duties w.e.f

01.02.2025 (A.N) until further orders.

The previous order designating Sri Sitangsu Das, OAS-I (JB),

Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Balasore as LA Collector by this

Department Notification No. 43981/R&DM, dated 12.12.2024 is

hereby withdrawn.
