NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No. 202/2025 Dated 30-12-2024

In exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section (3) of

RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby designate

Smt. Trupti Mohanty, OAS-A(JB), Deputy Collector, Collectorate,

Kendrapara to act as Land Acquisition Officer(Civil), Kendrapara

and to perform the functions of LA Collector in the district of

Kendrapara under the said Act with immediate effect until further

orders.

The previous order designating Sri Ashok Kumar Das, OAS(SB),

Additional Sub Collector, Kendrapara as LA Collector by this

Department Notification No. 32815/R&DM, dated 24.09.2023 is hereby

withdrawn.
