S.R.O. No. 227/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of Clause (8)
of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (19 of 1923), read with notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. F-21/20/62 Poll (I), dated the 4th May 1963, bearing No.
S.O. 1284, published in the Gazette of India, dated the 11th May 1963, Part- II, the State Government
do hereby declare the Repeater-cum-Cathodic Protection (RCP) and sectionalisation Motor
Operated Valve (MOV) stations of Paradip-Raipur-Ranchi pipeline project of Indian Oil Corporation
Limited (IOCL) situated at Villages Mulugaon and Abidhiandapur in the district of Jagatsinghpur
having area of Ac. 0.36 Decs. and Ac. 0.31 Decs. respectively, as specified in the schedule below
to be prohibited place for the purpose of the said Act :—
