S.R.O. No. 228/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of Clause (8)

of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act No.19 of 1923), [read with the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. F-21/20/62 Poll (I), dated the 4th May 1963,

bearing No. S.O. 1284, published in the Gazette of India, dated the 11th May 1963, Part- II], the State

Government do hereby declare the sectionalizing Motor Operated Valve (MOV) station of Paradip-

Raipur-Ranchi pipeline of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) situated at Village Thokara, Tahasil

Hindol in the district of Dhenkanal consisting of an Area of Ac. 0.44 Decs. as specified in the

Schedule below to be prohibited place for the purpose of the said Act :—
