S.R.O. No. 229/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of

Clause (8) of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (19 of 1923), read with the notification of

the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. F-21/20/62 Poll (i), dated the 4th May

1963, bearing No. S.O. 1284, published in the Gazette of India, dated the 11th May 1963, Part- II,

the State Government do hereby declare the “LPG Bottling Plant of Bharat Petroleum Corporation

Limited (BPCL) situated at Mouza Barkani, Tahasil Balangir in the district of Balangir having an

area of Ac. 23.12 Decs. as specified in the Schedule below to be prohibited place for the purpose

of the said Act :—
