No. 15916—PT2-HOME-CPM-CASE1-0147/2019-CP&M—In pursuance to Letter No. 5649,

dated the 20th March 2025 of Registrar (Administration), Orissa High Court, Cuttack, after careful

consideration, Government have been pleased to accord the appointment of following 3 (three)

Retired Judicial Officers as ad hoc Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTSC) in Fast Track

Special Courts at Dhenkanal, Jagatsinghpur and Bhubaneswar-II out of 21 Fast Track Special

Courts established vide Home Department Notification No. 14612, dated the 27th March 2020

read with Home Department Corrigendum No. 2116, dated the 18th January 2021 and Notification

No. 17213, dated the 25th April 2013, purely on temporary (contractual) basis, for a period of one

year or till attain the age of 70 years whichever is earlier in accordance with Home Department

Notifcation dated the 29th October 2020 regarding “Odisha Fast Track Special Courts (Method of

Recruitment and Conditions of Services of Retired Judical Officers of the cadre of District Judges

and Staff including in-service Judicial Officers in the regular cadre of District Judge, Ministerial

Staff and Group D employees) Scheme, 2020”. They shall be entitled to receive pay and allowances

at the rate he/she was drawing at the time of retirement minus total amount of pension being

received by him/her before commutation under the Pension Rules applicable to him/her. He/she

shall also be entitled to all other regular allowances admissible to in-service officer of the cadre of

District Judge except robe allowance, surrender of earned leave, LTC Rule 6(1) of the Odisha Fast

Track Special Courts Scheme, 2020 :—
