NOTIFICATION

The 29th April 2025

No. 1999—R&DM(DM)—In pursuance of sub-section (1) and (2) of the Disaster

Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005) and in continuation to the Government of Orissa in Revenue &

Disaster Management Department Notification No. IVF-(OSDMA)-24/10- 50291/R&DM(DM), dated

the 6th December 2010, the State Government do hereby nominate the Director General of Police

of the State as Member of the State Executive Committee, ex officio as per Clause(c) of

sub- section (2) of Section 20 of Disaster Management (Amendment) Act, 2025 communicated

vide Government of India in Ministry of Home Affairs (Disaster Management Division) F. No. 30-1/

2025-DM-II (Part-2), dated the 11th April 2025.
