SUBJECT—Revision of Fee Structure of Technical Professional Colleges/Institutions

No. 3157—SDTE-HTE-I-0010/2017-SDTE—In exercise of the powers conferred upon the

Government under sub-section (7) of Section 6 and other relevant provisions of the Odisha

Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission & Fixation of Fee) Act, 2007, and

based on the recommendation of the Fee Structure Committee in light of the Hon’ble Supreme

Court’s Order dated the 3rd December 2024 passed in SLP(C) No. 21782 of 2023, SLP(C) No.21921

of 2023, SLP(C) No. 21892 of 2023, SLP(C) No. 22096 of 2023 and SLP(C) No. 1663 of 2024, the

Government have been pleased to permit the following institutions to continue charging the fee

structure that was in effect prior to issuance of this Department Notification dated the 30th December

2022, until such time as the revised fee structure for the upcoming academic session are

determined:—

Srusti Academy of Management, Bhubaneswar

2.

Rourkela Institute of Management Studies, Rourkela

3.

Biju Patnaik Institute of Information Technology and Management Studies, Bhubaneswar

4.

United School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar

5.

Temple City Institute of Technology & Engineering, Khurda
