NOTIFICATION

The 21st May 2025

S.R.O. No. 318/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) Section 10

of the Odisha Ministers’ Salaries and Allowances Act, 1952 (Odisha Act 20 of 1952), the State

Government do hereby make the following rules further to amend the Odisha Ministers’ Travelling

Allowance Rules, 1964, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement [ - ] :—

(1) These rules may be called the Odisha Ministers’ Travelling Allowance (Amendment)

Rules, 2025.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification.

appoint.

2. In the Odisha Ministers’ Travelling Allowance Rules, 1964, in Rule 5, in sub-rule (b), for

clause the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—

(ii) “Railways fares actually paid for not more than one personal servant in the same class

rate as Minister’’.
