S.R.O. No. 320/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33 of the Odisha
Forest Act, 1972 (Odisha Act 14 of 1972), the State Government do hereby declare that the
following land situated in Village Nuadihi under Lephripara Tahasil of Sundargarh District mutated
and transferred in favour of Forest, Environment & Climate Change Dapartment for raising
Compensatory Afforestation thereon against the proposed diversion of 7.102 ha of Revenue forest
land for diverting 220 KV Budhipadar- Basundhara transmission line from Location No. 59 to Location
No. 75 from the premises of STPP. Darlipali, NTPC Ltd. in Sundargarh District, Odisha by M/s
Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. vide 'in-principle' approval of Government of India,
MoEF&CC, ERO, Bhubaneswar communicated in Letter No. 5-ORC312/2017- BHU,dated the
29th May 2017 under Section 2 of the Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Adhiniyam, 1980, the
limits of which are specified below and the area of which is 7.0982 ha (17.540 Ac) shall be Protected
Forest with effect from the date of issue of the notification and shall be known as "Nuadihi Protected
Forest'' :—
