No. 21722—PT2-HOME-CPM-MISC-0213/2023-CP&M.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 265, sub-section (2) of Section 266 and Section 308 of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023), read with Government of Odisha,
Home Department vide Notification bearing No. 22520— PT3-HOME-CPM-MISC-0213/2023, dated
the 30th June 2024, the State Government is pleased to notify the following places as in Sehedule
below as “Designated place’’ for the purposes of sub-section (3) of Section 265, sub-section (2) of
Section 266 and Section 308 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
The institutions or organisations establishing the video conferencing facility shall ensure
compliance to the “Orissa High Court Video Conferencing for Court Rules 2020’’ issued by the High
Court of Orissa, while operationalizing the designated places, as amended from time to time.
