S.R.O. No. 472/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of Clause (8)
of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (19 of 1923), read with notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. F-21/20/62 Poll (I), dated the 4th May 1963, bearing No.
S.O. 1284, published in the Gazette of India, dated the 11th May 1963, Part- II, the State Government
do hereby declare the Repeater-cum-Cathodic Protection (RCP) and sectionalizing Motor Operated
Valve (MOV) stations of Paradip-Hyderabad pipeline of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) situated
at Villages Kakalama, Mahulia, Baunsagadia and Regadimada in the district of Nayagarh having
area of Ac 0.62 Decs, Ac 0.62 Decs, Ac 0.17 Decs and Ac 0.12 Decs, respectively, as specified in
the schedule below to be prohibited place for the purpose of the said Act. :—
