NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 1 of the Employees’ State Insurance
Act, 1948 (Central Act 34 of 1948), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry in consultation with the Employees’
State Insurance Corporation and with the approval of the Central Government, is hereby pleased to notify his
intention to extend the provisions of the said Act to the classes of establishments as specified in the Schedule
hereunder on or after one month from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette
of Puducherry, namely:—

Educational institutions (including public,
private, aided or partially aided) run by
individuals, trustees, societies or other
organisations.

AUCTION NOTICE
1. The sale of the condemned/unserviceable articles
as detailed in the Annexure lying in the premises of the
Government General Hospital, Mahe will be disposed off
by public auction on 14-2-2011 at 10.30 a.m. in the
Government General Hospital, Mahe
2. The auction will be conducted for all the items in a lot.
3. Those who are intending to participate the auction,
should deposit an amount of ` 3,100 (Rupees three
thousand one hundred only) in cash as earnest money
deposit with this office before participating in the auction.
4. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful
participants will be refunded immediately after the
auction is over.
5. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the
auction without assigning any reason thereof.

6. The successful bidder should pay the full amount
of bid immediately and should remove the condemned
articles within 24 hours at his own risk and expenses.
7. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected extra.
8. The materials can be inspected during office hours
on any working days of this office.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be final.

I, Nagoumir, daughter of K. Mohamed Ali, Muslim,

New No. 25, Anna Street, Indira Nagar, Mudaliarpet,

I am the deponent herein and well aware of the

I submit that I was born on 17-11-1985 to
Mohamed Ali and Razamat Begum and my birth was
duly registered on 22-11-1985 in the Pondicherry
Municipality vide Registration No. M/1985/00228.
I submit that my name is ‘Nagoor Meeral’ and in my
Birth Certificate my name has been mentioned
as ‘Nagoumir’. I am also called and known as
‘Nagoor Meeral’ by my family members and relatives.
Both the names ‘Nagoumir’ and ‘Nagoor Meeral’ refer to
one and the same person i.e. myself.

that my first female child by name ‘Rajeswari’ born
on 17-3-2002 at Maternity Hospital, Pondicherry. But
my daughter’s name has been wrongly entered in
my Family Ration Card B. No. 167026 as ‘Sorna’.
My daughter’s original name is ‘Rajeswari’. Her name
has been wrongly entered as ‘Sorna’ in our Family
Ration Card.
I make this affidavit in lieu of proof of my first
female daughter’s correct name as ‘Rajeswari’ but not
as ‘Sorna’ as mentioned in the Family Ration Card
of us and to be produced before the Directorate
of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry
for making necessary corrections in our Family Ration
Card.
I do hereby declare that what are all stated above
are true to the best of my knowledge, belief and
information and nothing material has been concealed
therefrom.
