NOTIFICATION
It is hereby informed that the original National Trade
Certificate of Thiru A. Oudaya Bascarane, son of
Anjapuly, an ex-trainee of Indira Gandhi ITC,
Thirukkanur, Puducherry in the Trade of Wireman for
the period from August 2002 to July 2004 is reported
to have been lost beyond scope of recovery and it is
proposed to issue a duplicate certificate to the
candidate. If the National Trade Certificate is to be
found by anybody, it should be sent to the undersigned,
as it is no longer valid.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for the
sale of hypo solution and old X-ray film with wrappers,
empty I/V bottles and plastic containers 5 litres, 10 litres,
15 litres and 20 litres belonging to the Indira Gandhi
Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute,
Puducherry for a period from February 2011 to January 2012.
2. Rate should be quoted for one litre in respect of
hypo solution and one kilogram in respect of X-ray film
with wrappers and empty bottles and for containers
at piece rate.
3. Sealed tenders addressed to the Medical Superintendent,
Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate
Institute, Puducherry superscribing on the envelope as
“Tender for purchase of hypo solution, old X-ray films
with wrappers and plastic containers” should reach this
office on or before 10-3-2011 at 3.00 p.m. Tenders will
be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence
of the tenderers who are present at that time.
4. The intending tenderers may inspect the items in
Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate
Institute, Puducherry on the forenoon of 10-3-2011 during
the office hours between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon with
the permission of the officer concerned.
5. Each tenderer should pay an amount of ` 5,000
(Rupees five thousand only) as earnest money deposit
by cash to participate in the tender. The earnest money
deposit will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers
only after finalisation of the tenders by the competent
authority.
6. The successful tenderer should remove the said
item(s) every month by remitting the actual cost of each
item and sales tax applicable thereon at the quoted rate,
failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
7. The successful tenderer should make his own
arrangements to clear the items from the spot.
8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept and
to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in
this regard will be final and binding on all the tenderers.
