Rates of Fees and Honoraria payable to Lawyers
The Revised Scheme of Fees and Honoraria payable to Lawyers for motor accident claims in matters in
which fees or honoraria is paid on and from 1-10-1998 is as follows:
This is in modification of the Schedule of fees given in State Authority's Circular.
In case assisted by the Legal Services Authorities and Committees, the service of the Authorities and
Committees will be free up to the “No Fault Liability” Level and the required adjustment will be made in recovery
of costs and expenses from the claimants.
When the fees and expenses allowed by the Tribunal is more than what is prescribed by the
State Legal Services Authority, the assisting Lawyer will be paid the fees provided for, by the Tribunal.

Those revised rates will come into force with effect from 1-3-2011.

PUBLIC AUCTION -CUM-TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent,
E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for the lease of usufructs
of trees at E.S.I. Hospital Campus, Gorimedu, Puducherry.
The details of trees and the duration of lease period of
the lease of usufructs of trees are given in the Annexure.
2. The rate for above-mentioned trees should be quoted
for all trees in a lot.
3. The tenders in sealed cover superscribing as
‘Tender for lease of usufructus of trees’ should be
addressed to the Medical Superintendent, E.S.I.
Hosptal, Gorimedu, Puducherry and sent to this office
on or before 23-4-2011 (Wednesday) at 10.45 a.m. The
tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a. m.
in the presence of the tenderers present at that time. If
the day for opening the tender happens to be a public
holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and
opened by the same time on the next working day.

4. Based on the highest quotings on the sealed tender,
open auction will be conducted at 11.30 a.m. on 23-4-2011.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 2,500 (Rupees two thousand and five hundred only)
in cash as earnest money deposit with this office while
submitting the tenders.
6. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers
will be refunded immediately after the tenders are finalised.
7. Tenders received after the due date and time will be
rejected.
8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject
any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
9. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount
of bid immediately and the trees will be maintained at his
own risk and expenses.
10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected extra.
11. The usufructs of trees can be inspected during office
hours on any working day of this office.
12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items will
be entertained after opening the tenders.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be final.
