authorised representatives at 11.00 a.m. Tenders received

after the due date and time will be rejected.

5. The tenderers should deposit an earnest money

deposit of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) in

cash to the Cashier at the time of submitting the sealed

tenders. The earnest money deposit amount will be

refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers after finalisation

of the tenders.

6. If the tender opening day happens to be a public

holiday, the same will be opened on the next working

day. Any incomplete tender received is liable for

rejection.

7. The successful tenderer should pay the total cost

of the old newspapers with sales tax immediately and

the items should be removed from the office premises at

once or within 24 hours at his own expenses.

8. No claim about the quantity and quality of the

value of the sold goods will be admitted once the tender

is finalised.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.

1. That my name is ‘Balamurugan’ and my initial

is ‘P’ which is father’s name Packirisamy.

2. That my grandfather’s name is Nadesan which

is found in my father’s Election Identity Card bearing

No. PY/01/027/039045.

3. Due to numerological reasons, hereinafter I will

be called and known as ‘N.P. Balamurugan’.

4. In future from this date onwards and in all

future correspondences I will be called and known as

(2) Daksha Chowkhani (formerly known as Mukesh

Chandra Chowkhani), aged 55 years, Hindu religion,

son of (late) M.P. Chowkhani, hereby solemnly affirm and

declare that we are the members of the Body of individuals

under the name and style ‘Rajeshwaridevi Mukeshchandra’.

The said name of the Body of individuals has now been

changed to ‘RAJESHWARI DEVI CHOWKHANI’.

The said Body of individuals is assessed in the Office

of Income-tax Officer, Ward–I (2), Income Tax

Department, Puducherry, PAN: AAABR0012M.

The said Body of individuals has been established

on 1-4-1973 and has been assessed to income-tax since

then. The said Body of individuals shall be operated

by “Rajeshwari devi Chowkhani’ and ‘Daksha Chowkhani’

on either or survivor basis. Both the members are

authorised to sign jointly and individually, for and on

behalf of the body of individuals.
