Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Pondicherry Village and Commune Panchayats
Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the above industry are invited to reach the undersigned within
ten days from the date of publication of the notice in the official gazette.
The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Council of this
Commune Panchayat.

I, K. Govindarassou alias Govindaraj, son of
Kuppusamy, Hindu, aged 40 years, residing at No. 167,
Kamarajar Salai, Veeman Nagar, Thelaspet,

affirm and state as follows:
I am the deponent herein and I am aware of the
details of this affidavit.
I state that my name is registered as ‘Govindarassou’
as found in my Birth Certificate and also in my School
Leaving Certificate.

I shall hereafter be a Christian lady and shall
follow Christian religious customs and rites
