NOTIFICATION

Whereas the Government is of the opinion that an

industrial dispute has arisen between M/s. Ajantha

Cycle Parts Industry, Puducherry and Thiruvalargal

R. Janagaraj and Sekar over non-employment in respect

of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;

And whereas in the opinion of the Government, it is

necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated

vide G. O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab., dated 23-5-1991 of the

Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers

conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10

of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV

of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to

Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred

to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication. The

Labour Court, Puducherry shall submit the award within

3 months from the date of issue of reference as

stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with

rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957.

The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of

claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance

and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry within

15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also

forward a copy of such statement to each one of the

opposite parties involed in the dispute.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram

(excluding sales tax) are invited by the undersigned

itemwise for the sale of old newspapers, empty

bottles (plastic, glass) and empty drums (tin/sink)of this

office as given below.

2. Tenders superscribed as “Tender for purchase

of old newspapers, empty bottles(plastic and glass)

and empty drums(tin/sink)” should be addressed to

the Office of the Deputy Director (Immunization),

Nehru Nagar, Karaikal-609 605 on or before 18-8-2011

at 4.00 p.m. The tenders received will be opened on 18-8-2011

at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their

representatives who may be present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a

sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as

earnest money deposit. The deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded after finalisation of the tenders.

4. The items can be inspected during office hours

on any working day.

5. Sales tax will be collected extra.

6. The successful tenderer should remove the items

within 24 hours of receipt of notice of acceptance of

his tender by remitting the total cost and sales tax

thereon at the prevailing rate. The successful tenderer

should make his own arrangements to weigh the goods.
