by the Commercial Tax Officer, Mahe that M/s. Koroth

Padmanaban and Co. (Cement) Private Limited, Palloor,

Mahe, had issued two C-Forms, bearing No. PY/CC 109341

for ` 21,71,000 and No. PY/CC 109342 for ` 33,70,900

to M/s. ACC Limited, Coimbatore and the same has

been lost. It is hereby notified for the information of

the general public and all authorities concerned that the

C-Form, bearing No. PY/CC 109341 and No. PY/CC 109342

are declared invalid and shall not be used for the

purpose of rule 14(1) of the Central Sales Tax (Pondicherry)

Rules, 1967. Anyone using the abovesaid form will liable

office up to 11.00 a.m. on 24-8-2011. The tenders will be

opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day by the undersigned.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) as earnest money deposit.

5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessuful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender is over.

6. Tenders received after the due date and time will be

rejected.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject

any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

8. The successful tenderer should remit the full amount

immediately and clear the items within 24 hours at his own risk

and cost, failing which he will forfeit his earnest money deposit.

magazines, waste papers and scrap materials (Plastic

and metal)” and to reach the undersigned, on or

before 11.00 a.m. on 28-7-2011. The tenders will be

opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day, in the presence

of the tenderers present, in the Office of the

Deputy Secretary to Government (Establishment)

Chief Secretariat, Puducherry.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as

earnest money deposit.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately soon after the

tender is over.
