and Vice-Presidential Elections Rules, 1974, the Election Commission of India

hereby appoints the 7th August 2012 (Tuesday) as the day on which and

6.00 p.m. of that day as the time at which, the counting of votes for the

Vice-Presidential Election, 2012 shall take place in the Office of

Returning Officer in Room No. 63 of the Parliament House, New Delhi.
