AMENDMENT

1. Amendment of rule 5.— In the said rules, in sub-rule (4) in

the clause (vi) after the word “Legislative Assembly” the following

may be included:—

“A Certificate of identification as Appendix-III shall be signed by a

Gazetted Officer of the Central Government/Government of Puducherry/

Manager of a recognised poor house or similar recognised charitable

institutions/Special Officer or Commissioner of a Municipality or a

Commune Panchayat/Chairman of a Municipal Council or a Commune

Panchayat/Member of Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha/Legislative Assembly.”

2. Amendment of forms.— In the said rules—

in Form-I

after Appendix-II, Appendix-III may be included as follows :
