NOTIFICATION

S.O. 2134.— In pursuance of clause (1) of Article 239 of the Constitution,

the President hereby directs that, subject to his control and until further orders,

the Administrators of the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Goa,

Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep and Pondicherry shall, in relation to the

Union Territory concerned, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the

State Government under section 20 of the Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of

Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981.
