TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the maximum rate per unit are

invited for the sale of the following items belonging

to this hospital.

Tenders in sealed covers superscribed on the

envelope as “Tender for purchase of empty bottles and

newspapers” should be addressed to the Deputy

Director, Government General Hospital, Mahe. The

tender should reach the undersigned on or before 11.00 a.m.

on 28-2-2013 and will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the

same day.

The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of

` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) as earnest money

deposit which will be refundable after the tender is over

to the unsuccessful tenderers.

The successful tenderer should pay the total cost of

the items immediately and remove the items at his own

expenses, failing which the earnest money deposit will

be forfeited to Government. The department will be not

be responsible for the safe custody of the items once

the tender is finalised. Sales tax at prevailing rate will be

collected extra.

The items proposed to be sold can be inspected

during office hours with the permission of the

undersigned.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any

or all the tenders without assigning any reason

therefor.
