NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an

industrial dispute has arisen between the management

o f M / s . Mayyazhi Petroleum, Mahe and one

Thiru E. Rajan, over non-employment in respect of the

matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is

necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated

vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab., dated 23-5-1991 of the

Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers

conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10

of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV

of 1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to

Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred

to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication. The

Labour Court, Puducherry shall pass the award within

3 months from the date of issue of reference as

stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with

rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central)

Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a

statement of claim complete with relevant documents,

list of reliances and witnesses to the Labour Court,

Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order

of reference and also forward a copy of such statement

to each one of the opposite parties involved in the

dispute.

1. The tenders in the sealed cover superscribed as

“Tender for topping of auction of teak tree-1” should be

addressed to the Principal, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar

Polytechnic College, Yanam - 533 464 so as to reach this

office either in person or by post at 11.00 a.m. on 9-4-2013.

The tender will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m.

in the presence of the tenderers who are present. The

auction of tree will deemed to the highest tender bidder.

2. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money deposit of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in

cash before submission of tender in this office at 11.00 a.m.

on 9-4-2013. Tenders without earnest money deposit will

be rejected. The amount of earnest money deposit will

be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after the

auction is over.

3. The sealed tenders reaching this office after the

specific date and time will not be accepted.

4. The bid value for topping of taking auction of

fallen tree will be the value fixed by Deputy Director,

Agriculture Department, Yanam.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the bid

amount immediately and clear the auctioned tree within

four days from the college premises at his own risk and

expenses.

6. Sales tax at the prevailing rate at the time of

auction will be collected.

7. It will be deemed to have entrusted tree to the

bidder the safety of the tree lies upon the responsibility

by the bidder. This office will not be responsible.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the above

said tree in the college premises with permission of the

undersigned during office hours before 9-4-2013.

9. The undersigned reserves the right either to

accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning

any reason.

10. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned is final.

be addressed to the Principal, Bharathidasan Government

College for Women, Puducherry-605 003, so as to reach

her on or before 3.00 p.m. on 17-4-2013. The tender will

be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence

of tenderers present. The tenderer who quotes the

highest rate will be the successful bidder and tender will

be finalised on his favour.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only).

will be refunded after finalising the tender and that of

those successful bidder will be deducted towards the

Any contravention of the rules of tender notice will

result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
