TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
This is to inform that one teak tree has fallen on the
ground in the premises of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Polytechnic
College, Yanam due to rain and heavy wind during
October 2012. It is proposed to auction the fallen tree as
detailed below :

1. The tenders in the sealed covers superscribed as
“Tender for topping of auction of teak tree” should be
addressed to the Principal, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Polytechnic
College, Yanam - 533 464 so as to reach this office either
in person or by post at 11.00 a.m. on 12-6-2013. The tenders
will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in the presence
of the tenderers who are present. The auction of tree
will deemed to the highest tender bidder.
2. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest
money of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash before
submission of the tender in this office at 11.00 a.m. on
12-6-2013. Tenders without the earnest money deposit
will be rejected. The amount of earnest money deposit
will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after the
auction is over.
3. The sealed tenders reaching this office after the
specific date and time will not be accepted.
4. The bid value for topping of taking auction of
fallen tree will be the value fixed by the Deputy Director,
Agriculture Department, Yanam.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the bid amount
immediately and clear the auctioned tree within four days
from the college premises at his own risk and expenses.
6. Sales tax at the prevailing rate at the time of auction
will be collected.
7. It will be deemed to have entrusted tree to the bidder,
the safety of the tree lies upon the responsibility by the
bidder. This office will not be responsible.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the abovesaid
tree in the college premises with permission of the
undersigned during office hours before 12-6-2013.
9. The undersigned reserves the right either to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned is final.

High Schools under the control of the Chief Educational
Officer, Puducherry.

Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Centenary Educational Complex,

without earnest money deposit will be summarily rejected.

the successful tenderer will be returned after the work is

answer sheets will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
VAT will be charged @ 5% as per rate as applicable under
rules in force.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old answer
sheets during school hours with the prior permission of
the Headmaster concerned.
9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reason thereof.

PUBLIC AUCTION-CUM-TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent,
ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for the lease of
usufructs at ESI Hospital Campus, Gorimedu,
Puducherry. The details of usufructs and the duration of
lease period of the lease of usufructs are given in the
Annexure.
2. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted
for all trees in a lot.
3. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as
“Tender for lease of usufructs” should be addressed
to the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital,
Gorimedu, Puducherry and sent to this office on or
before 22-5-2013 (Wednesday) at 10.45 a.m. The
tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m.
in the presence of the tenderers present at that time.
If the day of opening the tender happens to be a public
holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and
opened by the same time on the next working day.
4. Based on the highest quotings on the sealed
tender, open auction will be conducted at 11.30 a.m.
on 22-5-2013 (Wednesday).

sale of old/unserviceable articles in as-is-where-is
condition. The list of the condemned articles will be
displayed in the notice-board of the Government
General Hospital, Karaikal.

“e-Tenders” are invited on behalf of the President
of India by the Chairman, committee for centralised
purchase of paper/board items for use in the
Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry for
the year 2013-2014 through e-procurement system.
Bidders should submit their tender through online at
the Government website pudutenders.gov.in. The tender
details, terms and conditions and time schedule may
also be downloaded from the website www.pon.nic.in
and http://styandptg.puducherry.gov. in for reference
only. The tenders will be processed online only and
hence hardcopy submission will not be accepted.
